6 Week Mindfulness Photography Program

Week 1: Introduction to Mindfulness and Therapeutic Photography

    • You engage in a photowalk, capturing images that resonate with you.

  • Reflection and Sharing

    • One of the most important steps is in you sharing your experiences from the photowalk through inquiry.

Week 2: Cultivating Awareness Through Photography

  • Introduction to Mindfulness of Breath

  • Guided Mindfulness Meditation: Breath Awareness

  • Practical Activity: Mindful Photography

    • You practice mindful photography, paying attention to your breath and surroundings while taking photos.

Week 3: Exploring Thoughts and Emotions Through Photography

Throughout the program, you will receive guidance on mindfulness practices, engage in group discussions, and share your experiences with both mindfulness and photography. The practical activities involving photography will provide opportunities for creativity, self-expression, and reflection, enhancing the overall mindfulness experience.
